We use premium materials and components sourced from trusted suppliers, and every leash is carefully handcrafted and individually inspected before it leaves our Connecticut studio.

Our products use a variety of hardware, all chosen based on durability and quality.

Our screws are all Chicago Screws that are threaded for a secure fit.

Our crimps are made from stainless steel and purchased from a US Rigging supply source.

Our wire is a vinyl coated stainless steel wire, rated at 360-lb weight.

Our D-rings and clasps are brass and nickel coated brass.

Our BioThane is made in the USA.

Our Beaded Leashes have been tested with dogs weighing up to 95 pounds and are constructed using 360 lb.-rated coated stainless steel wire and premium hardware for strength and durability.

As with any leash, choosing the right style for your individual dog is important. Beaded Leashes are not recommended for dogs who are extreme pullers or prone to powerful, sudden lunging. For these dogs, we recommend walking equipment specifically suited to their size, strength, and walking behavior.

Always inspect any leash regularly for signs of wear or damage, and never leave your dog unattended while attached to any leash. Not intended for chewing.

Yes! Many of our products can be customized with your choice of colors, hardware, personalization, or other options. Available choices are shown on each product page. If you are looking for a customization you do not see, simply use the CONTACT form and we can work together to create something uniquely yours.

The best leash length depends on how and where you walk your dog. Shorter leashes provide closer control, while longer leashes allow more freedom to explore. Our leashes are available in a range of lengths so you can choose what works best for you and your dog.

If you plan to add a customized leash extender, keep in mind that will add approximate 1 foot to the leash length.

• For close city walking the 30" or 36" is recommended.
• For general walking the 48" is the most popular.
• For relaxed explorations, the 60" or 72" is a great option.

BioThane® and silicone bead products: can be wiped clean with a damp cloth or gently washed with mild soap and water. Allow your item to dry completely before storing, and avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

Extenders: Extenders are waterproof and can be gently wiped but avoid scrubbing directly on the lettering.
